Cost and Return On Investment - Low Risk
We aim to keep implementation costs as low as possible and recover R&D and profits over the longer term. This is achieved through monthly or quarterly fees using a Software as a Service (SaaS) business model for an unlimited number of users. SaaS fees are calculated on the estimated number of transactions to be undertaken in a single year. A transaction is defined as one warranty claim, or non-conformance report, or part ordering inquiry.
Software as a Service (SaaS)
It reflects our long-term commitment to customer service and the fact that in web applications the majority of the costs are in supporting and developing the application long term, not in one-off development costs. As most of the revenue is in the future, it ensures the client has the security of supply and LeenTech has future income to cover the costs of support and development. By reducing the initial costs the return on investment to the client is quicker and less capital is risked.
Our applications are configurable to meet a wide range of warranty and quality processes. They are structured to allow for bespoke modules within the standard application at additional cost. Our software can be adapted to manage other business processes such as Health & Safety, calibration testing and field tests.
We have an excellent customer service record which covers software configuration, deployment, and day to day system operation, and it is our aim to always be available to support you and your team every step of the way. Support includes limited amount of ongoing training and development to cope with changes in browser technology for Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Apple Safari and Firefox etc.
Prices below are a guide to the average monthly fees for a range of transaction volumes. Discounts can be applied to these costs if the standard configuration is adopted by the client, i.e not requiring significant workflow or bespoke code changes.
Implementation costs are on average equal to one year's SaaS costs and cover Gap Analysis, workflow configuration, bespoke changes, standard reports, and training. These costs can vary considerably depending on the outcome of the Gap Analysis. In our experience the larger the company, the more complex the business process and reporting are.
SMEs are far less demanding in data capture, reporting, and support requirements, hence the transaction volume based pricing which scales well for both low volume SMEs and high volume multinationals with global business units. User-based licensing is not cost effective for infrequent users, whereas our solution will work better for these users.
In a sense, with LeenTech you are not just buying software, you are investing in 15 years of warranty process experience. We can advise you on how to re-engineer your business processes to take advantage of the latest web technology.
