User Support Tickets
Designed to complement our existing products, this is a low-cost solution for managing support enquiries. As with all our modules, this can be used as a standalone application.
Tickets can be allocated to a particular worker and given the required priority with a due date for completion.
A reminder function allows the administrator to activate an email notification to the allocated worker.
The universal comments system is employed to attach files and images. All time spent is recorded against individual tasks allowing costs to be measured.
